Capri Isles
Capri Isles runs from  Venice Avenue to Border Road in Venice so it’s just a short hope to I-75.
Centered around a golf course, Capri Isles is within the city limits of Venice. Many of the units have either lake or fairway view from their balconies. The 18-hole regulation course features 6,472 yards of play from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 70 with a slope rating of 123.

On Venice Avenue in front of Capri Isles will be the new Galleria, an upscale commercial development park designed  in the New Urbanism style for walkable neighborhoods. Connectively within the development as well as the surrounding developments is what distinguishes Galleria. When complete the Galleria will contain 108,000 sq ft of retail, medical and office space.
Capri Isles is a popular winter destination for  golfers and snowbirds to play in the Florida sun, but it’s also a convenient location where you will hardly have to drive for anything.
