Gulf Gate
 Gulf Gate is a well established older community located in sunny Sarasota Florida. Located between Highway 41 and Interstate 75, just south of Clark Road, the Gulf Gate community is only minutes away from the beautiful white sand beaches of Siesta Key. Gulf Gate homeowners have a short drive to other attractions as well including movie theaters, dining and the Sarasota Square Mall.
Gulf Gate is a deed restricted community, so visitors will always see perfectly maintained lawns and homes. Gulf Gate Golf Club is a big draw to the area as well, as golfing is not only an enjoyable activity but the golf course also adds charm to the community.
The homes in Gulf Gate are older, mostly built in the 60’s and 70’s, but some as new as the 80’s and 90’s.
