Peace River Shores

Peace River Shores is conveniently located off Highway 17, with easy access to I-75.  Just eight miles up the Peace River from Historic Punta Gorda, this waterfront neighborhood is an oasis in the heart of southwestern Florida. Keep an eye out for the tall sandhill cranes that wander through the yards.

Most of Peace River Shores runs alongside the network of saltwater canals, giving boaters easy access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. There is shopping in the Punta Gorda, including the famous outdoor Fisherman's Village and Marina with a full complement of specialty shops and fine restaurants. This area is known as the artistic center of Southwest Florida. The Charlotte County Visual Arts Center is located in Punta Gorda near Fisherman's Village. There is no better place to enjoy the beaches, or to fish, swim or sail. The waters of southwestern Florida is world-renowned for boating and water-related activities and Peace River Shores is right in the center of the action.
